Full or partial shipments may be made depending on stock availability at the time the order is placed. All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise shipped on a customer's account number must be filed directly with the carrier.
Contract printers and embroiderers are responsible for inspecting goods BEFORE decorating, as decorated goods are not returnable. All claims for shortages and damaged goods MUST be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods.
